Retreat to Re-member Yourself
Why re-member?
I’d like to invite you to think of it as putting back together lost pieces of yourself. Sitting in the position of hosting this retreat, I asked myself what has been most valuable to me and to the people I interact with lately? For a long while I thought of myself as seeking and found myself in the company of other seekers. Something has shifted recently and I notice that I have become a finder – finding the breadcrumbs along the path, those longings, thoughts, people, experiences, places that remind us of who we are and what we came here to learn. This is an invitation to refine our tools that help us find those breadcrumbs.
Throughout this retreat I will use The Spiral of Transformation as a guiding force to accompany you and your needs at this moment in your life. The spiral came to me in early 2020 and it has always been a dream of mine to hold a retreat around it. It has helped people find their ground through life’s transitions during individual coaching sessions. I have seen powerful yet gentle results when coaching is combined with energy healing sessions and so I will bring this into the retreat as well. My journey with yoga and journaling will also be part of the experience as these are all simple yet powerful tools to help us do the work.
And this work of re-membering is necessary! For your soul, for your family, community, and for our Great Earth Mother.
Throughout this retreat you may find
— a sense of wholeness and enough-ness; though our aim here is not to heal completely but to learn, healing does come easier if we feel closer to being whole
— the 4-step journey that I call the Spiral of Transformation to help you through life’s numerous transitions
— a community of like-minded people through circle sharing and listening partnerships
— practices and a renewed motivation to practice the tools you already hold
— a connection to your body and her/his wisdom through yoga and pranayama
— your innate ability to heal through gentle energy therapy (i.e. Reiki)
— the powerful practice of journaling to support your re-membering
— a reconnection to nature, to place and the elements
Who is your guide and companion, Corina?
I am an intuitive coach and facilitator. In the spaces we meet, we come as equals. One priority for me is generating a feeling of safety so that you may explore the parts of yourself that you wish to bring into the light. While I am familiar with facilitation tools and coaching techniques, I invite us to allow intuition to take over. Intuition can connect you to what you are able to work on in the present moment. There is no agenda and there is nothing to achieve.
I am a Reiki Master. Being attuned to Reiki has opened up whole new realities for me and for the ones that work with me. It is important to know it is you who is doing the healing, I am the instrument that universal energy uses to get to you. In order to be a clear channel I practice self-healing, meditation, and receive guidance from my teachers, guides and community of energy workers.
I am a yoga instructor. I enjoy to create yoga practices that allow a free exploration of your body and breath. Yoga has evolved to be so many things for so many people. When you flow with me you can expect a practice that focuses to marry the breath to the movement, one where we engage with a theme together to create an exploratory moving meditation.
Life tends to offer us the tools and lessons for us to fulfill our tasks here. I am looking forward to hearing about you and sharing a space where we can weave our life experiences and lessons together.
What others have said after experiencing the Spiral of Transformation
It was amazing experiencing The Spiral of Transformation! This journey was easier than I thought it would be, but very deep. Many insights came up during it and after it. And I’m sure each step I took in this journey is still reverberating in my life and will go on. I’d like to thank Corina for her embracing, respect and giving.
